This is an easement encroachment agreement at the address of 6200 East National Road to
construct, maintain and operate a solar park which will interconnect into the Richmond Power &
Light electric distribution system.
• CONTRACT NO. 87-2018 — RINEHART'S LAWN CARE
To remove grass and vegetation that has exceeded the 8 inches in height as established by the
City Ordinance, in the City's Right of Way Mowing areas
Not to exceed $50.00 an hour in 2018 with a 3% increase in 2019 upon execution of the option
renew.
