"LOADING ZONES" OF T= CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDARIED by the Mlayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret, a
municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey, located in Middlesex County, thereof,
as follows:
Section 1. §25; -31 of the Carteret Code entitled "Loading Zones" is hereby amended
and supplemented to insert the following Drop -Off Zone as an approved Loading Zone:

Terminal Avenue Northern 5 minutes Monday -Friday Pershing Avenue
- 7 a.m. — 7 p.m. to Atomic street .
Secion 2. All Ordinances and /or provisions thereof inconsistent with the. provision 0f
this OrEnaace shall be and art hereby repealed as to the extent cf any such
inconsistencies.
Section 3. if any section, subsection, pan, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be
declared invalid by judgment of any Court of competent jurisdiction, the section,
substation, part, clause or phrase shall be deemed to be sever able from the remainder of
this Ordinance.
