RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PERSOtN -TD- PERSON TRANSFER OF A.S.C. LICENSE #1201-32 -
040 -G08 FROM WINE ZONE OF CARTERET INC. TO RISHVi LIMITED LIABILITY CONIPANY
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Ntayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey by Rishvi Limited Liability Company for a Person-to-
Person Transfer of ABC License #1201 -32- 040 -008 from Wine Zone of Carteret Inc. present
.holder of same and said license has consented to assign their rights to license to the aforesaid
applicant, Rishvi Limited Liability Company; and
WHEREAS, according to law the applicant for transfer was duly advertised in The Home News
Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret and no objections, either verbally or
in writing were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Cleric regarding said
transfer; and
'NHEREAS,-the applicant has disclosed and the local authority has reviewed the source of all
funds used in the purchase of said license and the licensed business and all additional financing
obtained in connection with the licensed business; and
WHEREAS, the applicantion form is complete in all respects and the applicant is qualified to be
licensed according to all standards established by Title 33 of the New Jersey Statutes,
promulgated there under, as well as pertinent local ordinances and conditions [onslstent with
Tile 33.
NCY], THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Ntayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that ABC License 91201 - 32.040.
008 heretcfor granted to Wine Zone of Carteret Inc: a New Jersey Corporation be and the same
Is hereby transferred, effective February 13, 2014 to the applicant Rishvi Limited Liability
Company to sell alcoholic beverages in conformity with the law, statutes, rules and regulations
of the Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning said license and to be held by them until
said license expires, unless sooner revoked.
Be IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Nunicipal Clerk Is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the endorsement of this Person-to- Person Transfer on behalf of the Ntayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2). certified copies of this Resolution be sent forthwith to
the State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage
Control, Licensing Control, Licensing Bureau, CN 087, Trenton, NJ 08625 -0087.
