RE: Request to accept the Apparent Low Bid for the Richmond Historic Fagade
Project on May 24, 2018. There were two bids received and opened Pride Mark
Construction bid $1,604,000 and Whiteoak bid $1,543,888. Whiteoak was the most
responsive and responsible bid. The attached Bid Tab indicates that Whiteoak
Construction at $1,543, 888 was the Apparent Low Bid for the Project. — This is
announcement of the award of the bid to Whiteoak Construction through its Board
of Public Works & Safety.
Funds are not required.
Invoice Cost(s)................................The Fagade Grant CDBG funding will be used.
