Closed from South 10th Street to the back of their property at the alley leaving the alley accessible to cars. They will be restored to service the following Monday. The movie will start at dusk. BID OPENINGS BID AWARDS • RICHOND HISTORIC FACADE PROJECT Whiteoak Construction Not to exceed $1,543,888.00 CONTRACTS • CONTRACT NO. 99-2018 — CORNELIUS SYSTEMS To provide preventative maintenance for the coin sorter and currency counter machines used by Rose View Transit of the City of Richmond. Not to exceed $792.00 • CONTRACT NO. 100-2018 — COUNTRYSIDE AUTO This contract is for city owned vehicles for the Police, Park, Street and Sanitation departments for vehicle collision damage repair until December 31, 2018 with option to renew for the 2019 calendar year. The pricing is as follows: Part Markup percentage — 10% Vehicle refinishing per hour - $42.00 Body work per hour - $42.00 Frame repair per hour - $50.00 Collision related mechanical repair per hour - $50.00 Storage per day, if applicable - $30.00 • CONTRACT NO. 101-2018 — RUSSELL PAINTING COMPANY To provide services in connection with the pressurized cleaning and painting of the upper metal fascia of the Richmond Municipal Building Not to exceed $4,000.00 CHANGE ORDERS ADDENDUMS • ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 204-2017 — ANDREW J. SICKMANN Mr. Sickmann is the City Attorney and this addendum is to retain him for additional services not provided in the initial contract to prosecute all necessary quite title actions relative to the Indiana Housing Community Development Authority (IHCDA) commonly referred to as the Blight Elimination Program (BEP) The Attorney will be paid the sum of $1,250.00 per title and will be responsible for the payment of court cost, publication fees, and any other necessary expenses pertaining to the titles. Anything in excess of $200.00 will be reimbursed.
