Under the Open Meeting Law , the Select Board is unable to reply but may add items presented to a future agenda . No public comment . Select Board Announcements and Liaison Reports The Planning Board met about the proposed solar array at the Golf Course , they have partially approved the project and will revisit it in two weeks . Chair Chaffee reminded citizens about the changes in the Town Meeting procedure, and that they could find that information in the warrant and on BGTV Channel 18 . Thacher Selectperson Bingham moved to approve the consent agenda as recommended by administration , Selectperson Chatelain second . The Board vote was 5 -yes, 0- No i Discuss and Vote on SEW Local 888, OPEIU Local 6, and IAFF Local 3763 Collective Bargaining Agreements, Changes to Personnel Bylaw Policies & Procedures, and Related Annual Town Meeting Warrant Articles All existing contract negotiations expired on June 30, 2020 . Discussion was paused due to Covid - 19 . SEIU and OPEIU have taken ratification votes in support of their agreements . IAFF was not passed , and negotiations will continue . The Board can take up approval of these agreements subject to approval of Town Meeting . { They are a one year term agreement, with a 1 % Cost of Living Adjustment .
