To provide annual maintenance, inspection, and repair of medical cots and stair chairs for the
Richmond Fire Department
In an annual amount not to exceed $3,217.50
• CONTRACT NO. 106-2018 — SARAH MITCHELL
She will serve as an Interim Project Manager for the Blight Elimination Program providing services,
advice, direction and assistance to the City with respect to the duties and work of the Blight
Elimination Program
Not to exceed $15,000.00
• CONTRACT NO. 107-2018 — INDIANA PUBLIC PLAN INC (IPEC)
This contract replaces the current carrier for Workers Compensation and Loss Control Services.
Under this plan there is no deductible.
Starting on July 1, 2018 there is an annual contribution of $289,646.00 to be paid bi-annually

This gives Beth Fields as the City Controller to pay or cause to be paid any and all amounts required
of the Plan in accordance with the Agreement.

This is for the transfer of real property located at 913 South 7th Street to the Blight Elimination
Program partner Neighborhood Services Clearinghouse

• EMPLOYEE POLICY MANUAL REVISIONS
Biggest changes include:
1. Change to Table of Contents and order of manual to alphabetical
2. Inclusion of federal, state, and local codes, where applicable
3. Expansion of Drug & Alcohol Testing guidelines, Confidentiality Police and Sexual
Harassment policy, which now encompasses all forms of Workplace Harassment
4. Incorporating two external policies, Donated Leave and Cell Phone policies into the manual
itself
• REPLAT OF MIDEWEST INDUSTRIAL PARK
Easements and setback lines that are shown on the 2016 Replat are vacated by this 2018 replat
and new lines are established with lot lines and street right-of-way lines remain the same as shown
on the 2016 replat.
