APPOINTING A NIUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Judge for the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT A3 IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
ALLEN COMBA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Judge, effective February
13, 2014, term to expire February 13, 2017.
Adopted this 13 day of February, 2014
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 14, 2014.
