Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and / or parties with a right and / or requirement to attend this meeting may be found on the Town ' s website at www . brewster - ma . gov . For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at http • // livestream . brewster - ma . gov or on Channel 18 . No in - person attendance of members of the public will be permitted , but every effort will be made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has established specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing either before or during the meeting . New Applications . ZBA Case #2042 : Applicant : Elevation Financial Group, LLC. Applicant seeks a use variance in accordance with Brewster zoning bylaw 179 -52 and MGL 40A § 10 to allow re- use of the existing 121, 096 sf nursing home and assisted living facility, and re- use of the existing parking, as modified, located at 873 Harwich Road (formerly Wingate ) for multifamily dwelling use . The redevelopment and re- use of the existing 231 beds in 154 units is proposed for senior, age 55 + independent rental dwelling units . The reconfigured units will result in 138 beds in 63 studio apartments, 67-one bedroom units and 4 two -bedroom units .
