HomeMy Public PortalAboutM 2012-05-15 - LSACITY OF LYNWOOD AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REGULAR MEETING May 15, 2012 The City of Lynwood as Successor Agency to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:06 p.m. Mayor Morton presiding. Council Members Rodriguez, Santillan -Beas, Alatorre and Morton were present. Council Member Castro was absent. Also present were City Manager Haley, City Attorney Galante, City Clerk Quinonez and City Treasurer Hernandez. City Clerk Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with the Brown Act. PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS (Regarding Agenda Items Only) NONE PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS NONE CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Council Member Rodriguez, seconded by Council Member Santillan- Beas, to approve the consent calendar and to receive and file staff reports. AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS RODRIGUEZ, SANTILLAN -BEAS, ALATORRE AND MORTON NOES: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBER CASTRO Item #1. APPROVAL OF THE WARRANT REGISTER RESOLUTION NO. 2012.013 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD CITY COUNCIL AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS NEW /OLD BUSINESS Item #2. AMENDING THE ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE City Attorney Fred Galante introduced the item regarding the approval of the draft Successor Agency Administrative Budget for FY 2011 -12. It was moved by Council Member Santillan -Bess, seconded by Council Member Rodriguez, to approve the staff recommendation to adopt the following resolution.
