SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2012 Consolidated Annual Action Plan
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has granted Lynwood federal funds in the
amount of $1,612,593 for use during fiscal year 2012 -13 (July 1, 2012 — June 30, 2012). The funding
breakdown is as follows:

On April 17, 2012, Lynwood City Council allocated CDBG and HOME funds as depicted in the chart below:

Provides services and activities that enrich and
enhance the lifestyle of Lynwood senior citizens.
Activities include coordination of a daily meals

made to other service programs that can address the
