The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 363.
The ordinance allows by permit a
limited number of interim uses in the
business park zoning district. An in-
terim use is defined as a temporary
use which will cease on a certain
date, the occurrence of a particular
event or when the zoning regulations
no longer allow it. Interim uses will
be allowed only under the terms and
