Senior Opportunities 4th Street Fair South 4th Street Saturday October 7th and Sunday October 8th, 2018 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. on both days, the closure of South 4th Street between South "A" Street and South "E" Street. Just 1 More Bar & Grill LLC. 743 So. 5th St Customer Appreciation Day On Saturday September 22, 2018 between 6 p.m. — 11 p.m. they are having an outdoor event and request to close the sidewalk from the front door on South "H" Street to the alley. I St On Saturday September 1, 2018 the request is to close South "I" Street between the residence at 1119 South "I" Street and South 12th Street for a birthday party for her nephew. The hours for the closure would be from is 1 p.m. — 9 p.m. BID OPENINGS • BEP DEMOLITION - 2018 BID AWARDS CONTRACTS • REVISED CONTRACT NO 115-2018 —AMERICAN STRUCTUREPOINT, INC This contract was approved by Board of Works on 7-19-2018. The vendor requested a few changes which were made by the Law Department. Not to exceed $5,200.00 • CONTRACT NO. 131-2018 — TOWN OF SPRING GROVE INC The reimbursement of cost associated with fire protection services with Spring Grove for the calendar year of 2019 in the amount of $57,137.00 to be paid in two equal installments. • CONTRACT NO. 132-2018 — MID AMERICA CLINICAL LABORATORIES, LLC They will perform the blood draws at the City Employee Health & Financial Fair on Wednesday, September 19, 2018. The cost will be no more than $73.36 per employee who participates in the event. • CONTRACT NO. 133-2018 — RMD HEALTH & WELLNESS CLINIC To perform blood draws at the City Employee Health & Financial Fair there must be an ordering physician. The RMD Health & Wellness Clinic will be the ordering physician. There are no cost associated with this service. • CONTRACT NO 135-2018 — TOWN OF SPRING GROVE, INC The reimbursement of cost associated with fire protection services with Spring Grove for the calendar year 2018 in the amount of $60,730.00 to be paid in two equal installments. • CONTRACT NO. 136-2018 — SMARRELLI GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC. To perform services in connection with improvements to the dorm bathroom at Fire Station No. 1, located at 101 South 5th Street Not exceed $34,467.00 • CONTRACT NO. 137-2018 — AMERICAN STRUCTUREPOINT To provide professional services to develop a new Comprehensive Plan for the City of Richmond, Indiana Not to exceed a base fee of $75,000.00 plus other optional fees.
