COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
ORDINANCE NO.41-2018
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE REPEALING
APPROPRIATION COMPONENTS OF PRIOR ORD. 56-2017
WHEREAS, On December 4, 2017, the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, passed
Ordinance No. 56-2017 approving the submittal, acceptance, and appropriation of a grant
from the Indiana Department of Transportation for the completion of the Complete Streets
Loop linking downtown Richmond to local key districts; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council desires to rescind the appropriation components of said prior
Ordinance No. 56-2017, with those components specifically being paragraphs two (2), three
(3), and four (4) of said prior Ordinance No. 56-2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
appropriation components of prior Ordinance No. 56-2017, with those components specifically being
paragraphs two (2), three (3), and four (4) of said prior Ordinance No. 56-2017, are repealed with the
effective date of the repeal to take effect upon passage of this Ordinance and approval by the Mayor.
