On September 22, 2018 they are requesting Elm Place and the 9th Street (under the overpass) be
closed between 8 a.m.-11 p.m. and North "E" Street between 8th & 10th Streets from 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
Richmond Sanitary District 4000 Block South "A" Street
The Richmond Sanitary District is completing a drainage improvement project in the 4000 Block
of South "A" Street. In order to install new pipe and inlet in the street it will be necessary to close
traffic on September 25, 2018 weather permitting for no longer than 2 days.
Reynolds Service Tech Flatley Rd
They are requesting to close down Flatley Road between Rich Road and Industries Road on
September 26, 2018 through September 28, 2018 daily from 7 a.m. — 5 p.m. to install a sanitary
sewer for Omen Casting Building located at 1732 Rich Road.
