SonicWALL Rental Program
THIS AGREEMENT is made this Monday.August 04.2014(Date)between Speros,Inc.of Savannah GA,and Tvbee Island City
Hall,"Customer"of 401 Butler Avenue.Tvbee Island.GA 31328(Address),hereinafter called"Customer".
Equipment being rented:
Dell SonicWALL NSA2600 Firewall-as-a-Service Total Secure-Monthly
Dell SonicWALL NSA2600 Firewall-as-a-Service High Availability Unit-Monthly
RENTAL PERIOD
Speros agrees to rent the SonicWALL above-described to the Customer for 24 months beginning on ,and will automatically
renew for additional 12 month periods unless canceled by customer in writing 60 days prior to expiration.
AREA OF USE OR OPERATION
The Customer agrees to operate/use the above-described property only at the following location.
ADDRESS:401 Butler Avenue.Tvbee Island.GA 31328
INSURANCE
The Customer hereby agrees that he shall fully indemnify the Speros for any and all damage to or loss of the SonicWALL and
any accessories or related equipment during the term of this Agreement whether caused by fire,theft,flood,vandalism,or any
other cause,except that which shall be determined to have been caused by a fault or deficiency of the rented property,
accessories,or equipment.
RATE
The Customer hereby agrees to pay the Speros at the rate of$ 271.01 per Month for the use of the SonicWALL and any
accessories/equipment to be paid 30 days in advance.
Customer has requested to have the following additional services: Monitoring,Reporting,Supplemental Maintenance for an
additional monthly cost of$ 74.53 .thus making the monthly total,plus applicable sales tax$ 345.53 .
RETURN OF PROPERTY TO SPEROS
The Customer hereby agrees to return the SonicWALL and any accessories/equipment to the Speros at within 30 days of the
expiration of this contract.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The detailed terms and conditions associated with this agreement can be found at"http://speros.com/sonicwall-terms-and-
conditions"which will be adjusted from time to time without prior notice to Customer.
