FRASER PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION N0. ~ ~-~~
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO APPROVAL OF THE FRASER COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE ("UPDATE"),
AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE TOWN OF FRASER AT-
TACHED HEREIN AS E%HIBIT "A" BY THE FRASER PLANNING COMMISSION AS
AUTHORIZED BY COLORADO REVISED STATUTES, AS AMENDED, SPECIFICALLY
TITLE 31, ARTICLE 23, PART 2.
WHEREAS, the Fraser Planning Commission has entertained
public input during advertised public meetings in 1985 and 1986 as a
means of incorporating local information and expertise into the
Update; and
WHEREAS, a.s a result of public input and public dissemina-
tion of various draft copies of the Update contents and subsequent
modifications in response to public comments the Fraser Planning
Commission has made appropriate revisions to the Fraser Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the current draft of the Update has been made
available for review by the general public prior to June 11, 1986, at
the Fraser Town Ha11 and Fraser Public library by the Fraser Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the Update was duly published
and originally opened on June 11, 1986, and continued to June 25,
1986 and , 1986, at the Fraser Municipal Building
by the Fraser Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE FRASER PLANNING
COMMISSION, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Fraser Comprehensive, Plan Update attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" become an amendment to the Official Compre-
hensive Plan of the Town of Fraser, Colorado, sub3ect to all condi-
tions and authority as authorized by the Colorado Revised Statutes,
§31-23 Part 2, as amended;
2. That the Board of Trustees of the Town of Fraser be
urged to certify the Plan as the Fraser Comprehensive Plan Update of
the Town of Fraser.
