On October 12, 2018 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. they are requesting the sidewalk in front of 715 East
Main St be closed for a cookout for Downtown Appreciation Month.

Legion Post 65 — Veterans of Wayne County Veteran's Parade
At 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018, they would like to conduct their 10th Veteran's
Parade. Streets to be closed are as follows:
loth and "E" Streets
11 th and "C" Streets to "E" Street
12th and "D" Streets to the alley
There will be no parking starting at 10:00 a.m. where the parade is lining up and no parking until
1:00 p.m. where the parade will end.

The location of the sign is going from the roadway to inside the fence. This change makes it

• RESOLUTION NO. 9-2018 — TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE
This resolution approves the purchase of the property at 1114 south "C" Street from the Wayne
County Commissioners.

• RESOLUTION NO. 10-2018 — TO TRANSFER PROPERTY
This resolution transfers the property at 1114 South "C" Street from the City of Richmond to
Neighborhood Services Clearinghouse, Inc. for the Blight Elimination.
• RESOLUTION NO. 11-2018 — TO APPROVE THE UPDATED SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY
FOR THE ROSE VIEW TRANSIT DEPARTMENT
This resolution will be resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that said Board herby approves the updated Policy.
