On October 12, 2018 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. they are requesting the sidewalk in front of 715 East Main St be closed for a cookout for Downtown Appreciation Month. • STREET CLOSURE Legion Post 65 — Veterans of Wayne County Veteran's Parade At 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018, they would like to conduct their 10th Veteran's Parade. Not to exceed $5,000.00 CHANGE ORDERS ADDENDUMS • ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO. 109-2018 —A-PLUS SIGNS The location of the sign is going from the roadway to inside the fence. This change makes it necessary to raise the sign to 6' above grade in order for it to be visible above the fence. Not to exceed $312.50 RESOLUTIONS • RESOLUTION NO. 9-2018 — TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE This resolution approves the purchase of the property at 1114 south "C" Street from the Wayne County Commissioners. Not to exceed $250.00 • RESOLUTION NO. 10-2018 — TO TRANSFER PROPERTY This resolution transfers the property at 1114 South "C" Street from the City of Richmond to Neighborhood Services Clearinghouse, Inc. for the Blight Elimination. • RESOLUTION NO. 11-2018 — TO APPROVE THE UPDATED SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY FOR THE ROSE VIEW TRANSIT DEPARTMENT This resolution will be resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that said Board herby approves the updated Policy.
