Witnesseth for valuable consideration herein expressed, the parties hereto mutually agree: Party of first part agrees to drill a 10" 'Sell using 10" standard 'lack Pipe, weight not less than 35 lbs. per ft., and steel drive ehee. Said Well is to be located in City Park across from old Pump House, and. is to be drilled to a depth necessary to obtain 100 gal. of water per min., or to a depth specified by town Council. In the event that the Council decides to abandon said '1Je11 and move to another location, Party of first Hart agrees to pull 10" pipe out and move it to an- other location which will be decided on by town Council. Price for drilling the 10" hole and pulling 10" pipe would be ;�2.25 per ft. If Party of Second Part wishes to drill teat holes, Party of First Part agrees to do this for ?�1.00 per ft. In testing '.'Dell, Party of First Part agrees to furnish equipment to test '"fell at the rate of 100 gal. per min. for a period of 10 hours, or until party of Second Part ie satisfied with the test. Farty of Second Part agrees to pay to Party of First Part �3.00 per hr. for making this test,which will include installing and removing tenting equ�.pment. After satisfy story teat has been made, Party of First Part , agrees to run cement around the top of 10" pipe, making as good a seal as possible. Party of Second Part is to furnish sand and cement, and Party of First Part to furnish labor, installing cement at no extra, cost to Party of Second Part. Party of First Part agrees to cover all persona employed with '.7orkmens Compensation Insurance at hie own expense. To comply with all requirements of the Federal Social Security Act, State Unemployment Compensation, and Old Age Assistance Acts. And other Social Insurance Lawe, Federal or State. Cash payment is to be made to Party of First Part.
