A RESOLUTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE FRASER TOWN BOARD TO PURSUE
TO FINAL DOCUMENT, A PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
OF ERASER AND BYER'S PEAK DEVELOPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, The Fraser Planning Commission has reviewed
a proposed annexation with regards to land use on approximately
320 acres, and has reviewed the proposed pre-annexation agreement
and has rec~~~LL«ended certain changes to said agreement,
AND WHEREAS, The proposed pre.-annexation agreement
waives certain costs to the developer in trade for open space,
excess water rights, etc.,
WHEREAS, The Planning Commission has reviewed the
concept of said trades for the proposed development, and
recommends to the Town Board that further review take place
with regards to this proposed annexation,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE FRASER PLANNING
COMMISSION THAT, The Fraser Town Board pursue a pre-annexation
agreement between The Town of Fraser and Byers Peak Development
Inc, annexation and zoning.
