A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE
TRANSFER OF SAID PROPERTY TO GRAND COUNTY (ROAD DEPARTMENT)
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property listed below and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it has
no use whatsoever for said property;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City desires to transfer the property listed
below to Grand County for the use of the Moab Public Library.
THAT:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
1. The following property is hereby declared as surplus city property:
Titan Power Sweeper model #759-693
2. Said property shall be transferred to Grand County for the use of the
Grand County Road Department.
3. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body of
Moab City Council this 12t" day of March, 2013.
