APPOINTING PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
FOR AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Affirmative Action Office, Department of the Treasury, requires
each municipality to designate a person to act as a liaison and to serve as a Public
Agency Compliance Officer for Afllrmative Action; and
WHEREAS, said requirements are pursuant to PL. 197C. 127 (N.J. AC . 17:27)
Public Contracts Law; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
JOHN RIGGIO
is hereby appointed Public Agency Compliance Officer for the Borough of Carteret
for 1999.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 4, 1999.
