AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR THE 2014 -2015 LICENSE TERINI
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for Safeway Taxi and Limo Inc. for the 2014 -2015
License Term by the following:
Onkar Singh
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2014 -2015 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Mrmicipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2014-
2015 License Tenn to Onkar Singh.
Adopted this 6 day of March, 2014
And certified as a true copy of the
Original on March 7, 2014.
