APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE PLANNING
BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there exists a need for a Class III Member of the Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to NJ.SA 40:55 D-23 and the Code of the Borough of
Carteret, Article 2, Section 160-5, said member is appointed by the Borough Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that
JKMES ~SO
is hereby appointed to the Carteret Planning Board, term to expire 12/31/02.
Adopted this 1st day of January, 1999
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 4, 1999.
