Middlesex County will continue to offer your town the opportunity to participate in the E -cycle and CFC Recovery Programs. To this extent, enclosed are two (2) copies of each interlocal service agreement covering the specific programs. If acceptable, two officially executed documents for each program, where applicable (official signatures, municipal seal and a copy of the ordinance or resolution authorizing the execution of the agreement) must be returned to us so that the Board of Chosen Freeholders may approve and execute same. Thereafter, the Clerk of the Board will return to you a fully executed copy. It is important that all agreements be returned to the Division of Solid Waste Management, 711 Jersey Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. Please contact Fred Stanger or myself if you have any questions regarding these programs. Thank you. cc: John Riley, Recycling Coordinator Kathleen Barney, Municipal Clerk Sine Carole Tolmachewich \ Principal Planner H. James Polos Chairperson, Public Safety and Health Committee John A.
