ORDINANCE NO. 366
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDED FEE SCHEDULE
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for Picnic Shelter Reservations in Medina
City Parks shall be:
DAILY FEE Resident Non-resident Resident Non-resident
SCHEDULE Weekday Weekday Weekend Weekend
Private/Non-profit Use $20.00 $30.00 $25.00 $50.00
Commercial Use $30.00 $50.00 $40.00 $75.00
Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and pub-
lication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 20th day of April, 2004.
