Culy Contracting Culy Contracting is requesting the intersection of South 10th and South "B" Streets be closed to repair a leaking water valve and install a new fire hydrant on November 19, 2018 starting at 6 a.m. and ending November 23, 2018 when the job is complete. Contractor sum estimated not to exceed $21,900.00 this will cover the first 20 applicants. There will be a $25.00 fee for each additional applicant request and an additional fee of $350.00 per day for additional monitoring requested due to additional applicants request. • CONTRACT NO. 165-2018 — HEAVENLY HOMES To provide janitorial and cleaning services for the Richmond Police Department located on the first floor of the Richmond Municipal Building for the 2019 calendar year. The cost is $25.00 per man hour with a 4 hour minimum per week • CONTRACT NO. 167-2018 — AMERICAN FIRE TRAINING SYSTEMS, INC To manufacture, furnish, and assemble one Confined Space Prop for the City of Richmond Fire Department. They will also provide professional services for training and instruction to the Fire Department in connection with the Confined Space Training Prop.
