Regular Iuieeting-
Council met in res�ulas session, Mayor �lahlsing� presiding
anc� councilmen_ J.L.Fischer- J E Riekena- J T Riekena present;.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and on motion by
J T Riekena second by Fischer approved as read..
A report from the Iowa Deprt of Heal�Yl �uas read by the Clerk,
regarding a recent inspection of the �Yaterworks System and the
Sanitary Sewer System, reccomendations noted and said report was
ordered placed on file for future reference.
The following bills were presented, read, and on motion by
J E Riekena second by J T Riekena ordered paid. motion carr�led,
It tva.s moved by J T Riekena second by J L Fischer that
Clerk publish Notice of Assessment of cost of Oiling streets,
and ghat Sept 4 be set to ho�8 a hearing thereon.

NOTICE —The Tuwn council of Wellsburg o4 Grundy ConntY, Iowa, will
meet Sept. 4, 1951 • at 8:00 p. m., at Council Rooms.
Taxpayers will be heard for or against the following estimate of expend-
itures for the yeru• beginning January 1, 1952. A detailed statement oY re-
ceipts and disbursements, both past and anticipated will be available at
the hearing.

write for information regarding the removal of a. certain
building from the Residence district.
