The schedule of fees for Liquor Licenses shall be amended as follows: • Annual On -Sale Class A: > 9,000 sq. ft. $6,000.00 • Annual On -Sale Class B: 3,000-9,000 sq. ft. $5,000.00 • Annual On -Sale Class C: < 3,000 sq. ft. $4,000.00 • Annual On -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor $ 100.00 Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
