PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Medina has adopted Or-
dinance No. 367, an Ordinance
Amending the City's Fee Schedule.
The city council of the city of Medi-
na ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for
Liquor Licenses shall be amended
as follows:
• Annual On -Sale Class A: > 9,000
sq. ft. = $6,000.00
• Annual On -Sale Class B: 3,000-
9,000 sq. ft. = $5,000.00
• Annual On -Sale Class C: < 3,000
sq. ft. = $4,000.00
• Annual On -Sale 3.2 Malt Liquor =
$100.00
Section 2: This ordinance shall be-
come effective upon its adoption and
publication.
Adopted by the city council of the
city of Medina this 15th day of June,
2004.
