The Richmond Fire Department asks the Board of Public Works and Safety to approve the following contracts for the City
of Richmond Fire Department:
Contract #127-2016 Addendum #2 — Bio-Care, 1778 Holloway Drive, Suite A, Holt, Michigan 48842, to continue to provide
services of physical examinations to the City of Richmond Firefighters, including, but not limited to, general physical
examinations, blood draws, pulmonary function tests, vision and hearing tests, and other standard testing for 2019.
