Specifically, part or all of the work associated with the traffic signals may be completed as part of Contract No. R-30397. United PEPS. Bill Stanley was directed by INDO'r Area Engineer Michael Prather to eliminate the signal at South 10th Street and South A Street. Even though the signal is being installed by the US 40 Project Contract P.-30397 the signal design (Specifically the phasing and bike signals is to be based on the RSS project design.
