The concrete box storm sewer ran on the West side of North 7th Street from the middle of North A Street to Fort Wayne Ave. This box impacted Milestone from continuing work on the R-37463 contract until the storm work was completed. On 8-7-18 Greg Stiens gave direction to remove the top of the box and place new dualwall HP pipe through a separate contract with the city. See Attached Notice of Changed Condition Dated 8-7-18.
