SUBSTANDARD WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENTS
#2049 #1489 #1369 #130 and #108 Acton Street
#37, #489 #499 #66, and #73 Buick Street
#44 and #9 Pilgrim Road
Dear Residents and Abutters:
The Watertown Department of Public Works and our contractor Paolini LLC would like to inform
you that we will be replacing sub -standard (cement lined and/or cast iron) water services at the
addresses listed above.
Replacements and upgrades will include only the water service pipe from the town water main
to the curb stop (usually in the sidewalk area). The work for each home will require
approximately 3-6 hours to complete.
Weather permitting, work will begin on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
The Watertown Police will be informed of the construction and its effects. Typical hours of
construction work are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
