UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTICED. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO: Section 1. That Sections 1.8.3 and 1.8.4 of the McCall City Code are hereby AMENDED as follows: See Exhibit A attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein as if set forth in full. The Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage, approval, and publication according to law.
