EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Greencastle Board of Works met in Executive Session Wednesday, May 16, 2001, 3:30 p.m.
at City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to Order at 3:45 p.m. On the Roll Call, the
following were found to be present: Sue Murray. George Murphey was absent. Also present
was: City Attorney Laurie Robertson and Street Commissioner Thomas Miles.
This meeting was held pursuant to I.C. 5- 14- 1.5- 6.l(b)(2)(B). City Attorney Robertson stated
this meeting is being held due to two grievances being filed alleging lawsuits. Attorney Robertson
stated the grievances were not filed in a timely manner and that Mayor Michael, Street
Commissioner Miles, Sue Murray and herself would meet with the two individuals over the issues.
CT Jones asked if that constituted an Executive Session. Attorney Robertson stated it would and
she would take the minutes for the Executive Session set for May 22, 2001.
Motion to adjourn made by Sue Murray, seconded by Mayor Michael. Vote was unanimous.
