This Addendum supplements and amends a certain Lease entered into the 31" day of January, 2013 by and
between the City of Richmond, Indiana, acting by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety
(hereinafter referred to as "Lessor"), and the Richmond City Employees Federal Credit Union (hereinafter
referred to as "Lessee"). Said Lease is also known as Contract No. 15-2013 and is hereinafter referred to as
the "Lease".
It is agreed by the parties that as of January 1, 2019, there is owed to Lessor by Lessee the total sum of Nine
Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($9,600.00) in past due rent.
The parties hereby agree that this sum shall be paid to Lessor by Lessee, without interest or penalty, in twelve
(12) equal installments of Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) each, payable on the fifteen (15"') of each month
in the calendar year 2019.
In addition, monthly rent in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) shall be paid on the fifteenth (15"')'
of each month as contemplated in the Lease, bringing the total to be paid to Lessor by Lessee each month of
the calendar year 2019 to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
Monthly rent payments in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) shall thereafter continue until the
end of the term specified in the Lease.
Item number nine (9) in the Lease shall be amended to reflect that any notices to Lessee shall be sent to Adam
Tidrow, General Manager, at the same address contained therein.
All other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
This Addendum shall be effective as of the I't day of January, 2019, although signatures may be subsequently
affixed.
