COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
ORDINANCE NO. 62-2018
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR
CERTAIN PARCELS FROM HIGH INTENSITY INDUSTRIAL (I2) DISTRICT TO
INSTITUTIONAL (IS) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain properties commonly known as 0 Progress Drive (State
Parcel Numbers 891630420204001030 and 891630420204000030), and each legally
described as follows, to wit:
0 Progress Drive: PT SE SEC 30-14-1 5.060A *TIF* and
PT SE SEC 30-14-1 1.794A *TIF*
as a High Intensity Industrial (I2) District, as described on Exhibit A with additional maps
on Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change zoning designation to an Institutional (IS) District in order to allow
proper zoning for building a church and a church -related ministry.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designations for the above described properties (State Parcel No. 891630420204001030 and
891630420204000030), are each changed to an Institutional (IS) District.
