COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
ORDINANCE NO. 2-2019
A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR
A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM AGRICULTURAL (AG) DISTRICT
TO INSTITUTIONAL (IS) DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates a certain property commonly known as 1817 Highland Road,
and legally described as follows, to wit:
1817 Highland Road: E & N DIV W 1/2 NE SEC 21-14-1 4.98A
as an Agricultural (AG) District, as described on Exhibit A, with additional maps included
on Exhibit B; and
WHEREAS, It is desirable to change zoning designation to an Institutional (IS) District in order to allow
proper zoning for building a church and a church -related ministry.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that the zoning designations for the above described property is changed to an Institutional (IS) District.
