Re -zoning of existing Lot 9 and lot 14 in Forest Hills Estate, from AG to R2. Describe the reasons for this request. Reason for the Rezoning of lots is due to owner wanting to sell the Lots as residental, as all other Lots in the Subdivision are Zoned. The AG Zoning would permit activities which could result in conflicts with adjacent R2 Zoning - Lot Owners. The Richmond Plan Commission shall assess this application based upon its adherence to Findings of Fact (per UDD 9.18E); i. The City of Richmond Comprehensive .Plan. ii.
