A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE BOULDERS WEST PAD AGREEMENT FOR
LOT 109, TIFFIN HEIGHTS — PART TWO
Whereas, the Developer and City wish to enter into a PAD agreement for The Boulders -
Lot 109, Tiffin Heights subdivision Part two;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the
attached PAD Agreement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa,
are hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement.
Motion made by Ryan to approve Resolution 2014 -1068 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE
BOULDERS WEST PAD AGREEMENT FOR LOT 109, TIFFIN HEIGHTS — PART TWO
and seconded by Bartels.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Upton, Bartels, Havens.
Nays: NONE
Absent: NONE
Whereupon five votes having voted Aye, Mayor Berner declared the Resolution 2014 -167 A
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE BOULDERS WEST PAD AGREEMENT FOR
LOT 109, TIFFIN HEIGHTS — PART TWO be adopted and signified his approval of the same
by affixing his signature thereto.
