Notice: Arsenal Street Improvements
September 2018
To Whom It May Concern:
You are receiving this notice because of a business you operate along Arsenal Street that is soon to receive some
improvements. The Section of Arsenal Street between athenahealth and Louise Street will be under construction to install
new sidewalks, curb, and tree pits. The improvements will be similar in nature to the work completed on the north side of
the street last year. Below are some pertinent details about the project team and anticipated duration.
Project timeline
Work is planned to begin Monday October 1s', and will talk approximately 4-6 weeks, dependent of resource availability
and weather. As progress is made or changes are needed, the team will communicate these.
Business Entrances and Exits
The businesses adjacent to the sidewalks being improved will have access maintained, however driveway aprons will be
replaced along with the sidewalks. The construction team will reach out individually to coordinate the work immediately
adjacent to minimize the impact to your business.
