BE IT :CRDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmo :d, Indiana. SECTION -1. That the following described territory be annexed to and declared to be a Hart of .said City of Richmond, Indiana. Being a part of Section 35, Towns hip,14N, :Range 1W, in Wayne Townshio, Wayne- County, .Indiana. More rarticularly described as follows Beginning at the.Southwest corner. of Lot 1 in Country Club Hills, .Third Addition, said corner of lot being 531 feet north and 375 feet east of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quaeter of said Section 35; thence Fasterly along the South line 'of said Third Addition 948 feet to an iron pipe; thence Southwestwardly withan angle of 87 degrees 45'minutes a .-distance of 300 feet.to. an iron pipe;. thence Southwestwardly with,an angle of 92 degrees 15 minutes a -distance of 455.55 feet. -to 'an iron pipe; thence Southwardly at right angles 300 feet to an iron ripe; thence Yestwardly at right angles and parallel with the South line ,of said .Third Addition 480 feet to 'the Eastline of Greenbrier.
