.9E IT ORDATNED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
,7027 ZION 1 -- WHEREAS,, Ordinance .No, 1472-1953 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, by the lone Man, made a nart thereof, designates
and describes as "Local. Business" the following described territory in said City
of Richmond, Wayne County, State of Indiana; to -.wit:..:
A part of Lot Number Twelve (12) in the Town of Oakland, laid out by
Doe and HSttle, and bounded as follows, to -wit:
Beginning in the middle of the Richmond and Libery Turn -pike Road at
a point where the line of the north side of 'Tansion Street would cross the
middle of said Turnoike by extending said Man6ion Street due west: thence
east along the north side of 'laansion Street two hundred sixty-two(262)
feet; thence north to the middle of the Richmond and Liberty Turnoike;
thence south along tYn middle of said ^urnnike Road to the place of
beginning. The same being subject however to the right of way of the
said Richmond and Liberty Turnoike Road and the Dtivileges of said
Turnoike C omnanyo
WEREAS, it is the ouroome and intOntion hereof to c'ange the use classification of
said territory to "General Business".

SECTION 2 -_ This hereby ordained that the use district on the lone Mao be and the
same is hereby changed for the above described 'terri.to;ly to "General Business"
and that said territory and the use and area thereof be regulated accordingly.
