AN, ORDINANCE. TO APDRO$RIATE TIME SUM OF �112,579095 FROM THE CUMULATIVE IWROMT NT FUND,
TO OTM SERVICES CONTRACTUAL,
WHMEAS., certair extraordinary emergencies have developed sine the adoption of the ex-
isting annual budget so that it is now necessary to anpronraaate shore money for various
functions of the city government than was woroDriated in the annual budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT •CIRDAIATED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP RIOMONB, INDIATIA:
SECTION 1, That for the expenses of the city government and its institutions -for the year
ending December Ap 1966, the following amount of money is hereby a0prooriaied and set
