WHEREAS, ceebain extraordinary emergen6ies have developed since the ad000tion of the ex-
isting annual budget so that it is now necessa;�y to appropriate more money for the .various
functions of the City government than was .appropriated in the annual budget
NOW THEREFORE Br IT ORDATAW BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHM(�I�TD, INDIANA:
SECTION 1, That for the expenses of the City government and its institutions for year
ending, December 310 1966, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set
anart out of the fund named for the pt=ose specified. Said sum being subject to all
lags governing the same. Such amount appropriated shall be held to include all exrJenditures
authorized to be. made during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2, That for the said fiscal periods there is hereby appropriated from the General
Cash Operating Fund the following sp6cified amount to meet the. extraoridinaryy emergency
declared to exist:
