TEMPORARY PAVING
Dear Residents and Abutters of Avon Road and Sunset Road,
The Town's Contractor, Commonwealth Construction and Utilities, Inc. will begin paving Avon
Road TOMORROW, Tuesday, November 26, 2019. The entire road surface will be overlaid
with a layer of asphalt. The utility work will then wrap up with sidewalk repairs and other site
clean-up activities.
To expedite the work, we ask that you park outside of the work area during the working hours of
7 AM to 3:30 PM, as there may be intermittent driveway impacts.
Avon Road is still scheduled for full reconstruction next year and the work is currently out to
public bid.
