A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #3 FOR THE 2014
WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR (CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT
OF $1,413.36
Whereas, The City received a Change Order #3 for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project
(CCA Schools) DIV III.
Whereas the City Engineer recommends to the City Council of the City of Tiffin to approve the
following changes for Change Order #3
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the
Change Order #3 to WRH, Inc. for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project (CCA School) in
the amount of $1,413.36
On the 27th day of May, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015 -075, A RESOLUTION APPROVING
CHANGE ORDER #3 FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR
(CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,413.36 and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Bartels.
Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler,
Nays: NONE
Absent: Ryan
Whereupon FOUR Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2015 -075, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
#1 FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV III FOR (CCA SCHOOL)
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,413.36 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 27th day of May, 2015.
