of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana,, Chapter 308 of the Acts
of 19579 as amended, the City of Richmond, Wayne Coma y, Indiana
hereby petitions and joins in tba 6etition =4 being circulated for the
establishment of a conservancy district to be known as the "Whitewater
Valley Conservancy Distriatt.., and asks that the entire civil cotooration
be included within said district.

and directed to sign for and on behalf of the City of Richmond., Indiana,
