BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTIO% 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1967 and ending

SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that such salaries be trovided for,, as
hereinabove set forth, in the budget for the City of Richmond., Indiana, for
the year 1967.
SECTION 3. ' Be it further ordained that the payment ofadditional nomnensation
to ce-tain ar)pointive officials of the City of Richmond, Indiana who nerform
services for the City other than governmental, which are connected with the
oneration of Miunicinally-owned Utilities or functions,, the same as determined
=-d fixed by the administrative authority in control of the o0eration of said
utilities or function, and after being duly anoroved by the 1fa.vor, is hereby
aonroved.
